Top Employer is Estonia’s largest and most popular annual survey of the best employers, based on the ratings of employees (current and former employees, as well as new candidates). Top Employers are determined in 9 different categories – both among companies that come to mind first as employers (top-of-mind) and across various business sectors, selected based on a specific methodology. The Top Employer survey begins on January 6th through the Top Employer website.
The top ten employers in each category receive a special Top Employer digital badge, which the company can freely use in its communications. The first-place employers also receive a unique and personalized Top Employer award.
The Top Employer survey has been conducted for over 10 years. The survey is conducted by Alma Career Estonia OÜ (CV.ee) – Estonia’s leading job portal and a recruitment partner with long-term experience. The main goal of the survey is to help employers define their position in the labor market and enhance their employer brand to make it more attractive.
