Survey terms

The annual “Top Employer” survey, hereinafter referred to as “the Survey”, is organized by the recruitment company Alma Career Estonia OÜ (CV.ee), reg. no. 10166144, legal address: Pärnu mnt 158/1, Tallinn, Harjumaa, 11317, hereinafter – “Organizer”. The main purpose of the Survey is to find out the most desirable and best Estonian employers in several categories of the previous year. The Survey consists of mandatory questions and optional questions. If the respondent chooses to answer all the questions, there is an opportunity to register for the draw, hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”, and win the main prize of 1000€.

1. The Survey takes place on the website www.toptooandja.ee, and any private individual in Estonia can participate in it.
2. Survey completion period: 06.01.2025 until 28.02.2025.
3. The Survey includes:
• three mandatory questions;
• mandatory demographic questions;
• optional questions about employers in business sectors and regions.
4. To be eligible for the prize, the respondent must answer all questions and provide their email address at the end of the Survey.
5. You can register for the prize once with one email address.
6. The prize draw will take place on 03.03.2025. The Organizer will contact the winner within two working days after the draw by sending a message to the respondent’s e-mail address.
8. The results of the promotion will be published on the website www.toptooandja.ee, indicating the partial name of the e-mail address of the winner – example, AnnXXX.XXXa@inbox.ee.
9. The winner of the Promotion is obliged to report and apply for the prize within a month after the draw.
10. When registering for the Promotion draw, the participant assumes full responsibility for providing true information and for the accuracy of its compilation.
11. By completing the Survey, the respondent confirms voluntary participation in the Survey.
12. Responses from Survey participants will be used and published in an aggregated form.
13. By submitting or registering their data for participation in the Promotion, the participants agree that the data is processed and stored for the entire duration of the Promotion, as well as stored in the Organizer’s databases after its conclusion for as long as it is necessary in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Estonia.
14. The organizer confirms that the registered e-mail addresses of the respondents will be used solely for the purpose of determining the winner of the Promotion.
15. When registering, the participant confirms that he/she has read, familiarized himself with and agrees with the terms of the Promotion.
